C. R. "Pickle" Wilson

MANCHESTER – C. R. “Pickle” Wilson, 85, of Manchester, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019, at his home. He was the husband of Bobba Lee (Fry) Wilson for 64 years.

Pickle proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

In addition to his wife, Bobba, Pickle is survived by his daughters, Robin, Tammy and Vicki; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and a niece, Cheryl “Snoozie” McCloskey.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend his viewings on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, both at the Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. His service will begin at 10:30 AM, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery in Manchester. Officiating at his service will be Reverend Laura Bair from Starview United Church of Christ in Mount Wolf. Military honors will be performed by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
