David L. Nusbaum

MANCHESTER – David L. Nusbaum, 63, of Manchester, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022, at his home in Manchester.  He was the husband of Joy (Thomas) Nusbaum who he married 42 years ago on September 8, 1979.

David was born April 10, 1958, in York and was the son of the late Harvey and Carolyn (Rusher) Nusbaum.

He graduated in 1976 from Northeastern High School in Manchester.  He was employed for over 40 years with UPS before retiring in 2017.  He was an avid bass fisherman and duck hunter.  He coached Girls Softball for 17 years.

In addition to his wife, David is survived by his daughters, Danielle Nusbaum and wife Megan of Lancaster and Christy Seibert and her husband Justin of Glen Rock; 4 grandchildren; his brother, Rick Nusbaum of Wrightsville and his sisters, Jane Davin of Cleveland, OH and Linda Keeler of York.

A celebration of life service will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 340 East Market Street, York.  Visitation will follow the celebration of life service.  Burial will be private.  Officiating at his service will be Reverend Chuck Sprenkle.
