STRINESTOWN - Douglas E. Forry, 57, of Strinestown, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 in Manchester. Douglas was born February 27, 1961 in York and was the son of Glenn E. Forry of Strinestown and the late Sharon (Kessler) Forry. In 1979 he graduated from Northeastern High School in Manchester. He was employed for 37 years with the Strine Printing Company now Menasha in York. Douglas enjoyed fishing with his father, Glenn and watching his nephew, Daniel play ball. In addition to his father, Glenn, Douglas is survived by his sister, Jill Shoener of Dover, aunts, uncles, nephew and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas. His funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 18, 2018 at The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Quickels Cemetery. Officiating at his service will be Reverend Katrina Holland, interim pastor of Quickels Lutheran Church.
