Loreen V. Jordan

YORK HAVEN – Loreen Viola (Myers) Jordan, 84, of York Haven, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA.  She was the wife of Stanley L. Jordan whom she married 68 years ago on November 15, 1958.

Loreen was born May 30, 1941, in Lewisberry, York County, PA and was the daughter of the late Karl and Lena Mae (Brown) Myers.

She graduated in 1957, from Northern High School in Dillsburg, PA where she was the Ice Queen.  She was employed over the years by Bell Telephone, Stauffer's Biscuit Company and Northeastern School District in Manchester, PA.  She attended Mount Airy United Methodist Church in Lewisberry, PA.

In addition to her husband, Loreen is survived by her three sons, Brian Jordan and Corey Jordan both of York Haven, PA and Stanley Jordan and his wife DeeDee of West Union, WV; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and her sisters, Helen Oerman of Dover, PA and Jessie Himes of Dillsburg, PA.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Sylvia Beasley and her brother, Karl Myers.

Her funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.  Her visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens in Dover, PA.  Officiating at her service will be Reverend Lourdes Stevens.
