YORK - Patricia H. (Fry) Hueter, 80, of York, passed away, Friday, January 4, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in York. She was the wife of Robert E. Hueter whom she married 64 years ago on January 28, 1955. Patricia was born January 10, 1938 in York and was the daughter of the late Nevin and Helen (Wambaugh) Fry. In 1955 she graduated from William Penn High School in York. She was co-owner and operator of the Hueter's Greenhouse in York for over 42 years. She also retired from Danskin in York after more than 20 years of employment. She was a member of the American Business Women's Association, Card Clubs and she enjoyed fishing with her husband. In addition to her husband, Robert, Patricia is survived by her daughter, Vickie Boltersdorf and her husband Alan of York; her son, Robert B. Hueter and his companion Terry Frey of Hallam; 4 grandchildren, Jake, Joel, Heather and Alia and her two great grandchildren Scarlett and Brynn. Her funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 12, 2019 at The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 9;00 to 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Officiating at the service will be The Reverend Philip K. Nace.
