MOUNT WOLF - Penny L. (Jacobs) Settle 53, of Mount Wolf, passed away at 2:00 AM, Monday, November 6, 2017 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Michael Settle whom she married 19 years ago on February 6, 1998. Penny was born November 13, 1963 in York and was the daughter of Kenneth Jacobs of York and the late Nancy (King) Jacobs. She graduated in 1981 from William Penn High School in York. In addition to her husband, Michael, Penny is survived by her daughters, Kaitlyn Settle of Mount Wolf, and Heather Oyler of Dillsburg; her sons, Sage Speelman of Manchester and Jason Lorenz of Waynesboro; six grandchildren; her sister, Gina Dunlap of York and her brother, Clinton Jacobs of Mount Wolf. Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 11, 2017 at The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 10:00 to 11;00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery in Manchester. Officiating at the service will be the Reverend Philip K. Nace.
