YORK- Ronnie A. Orwig, Jr., 56 of York, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the loving husband of Wende S. (Rinehart) Orwig whom he married 30 years ago on April 20, 1996.

Born on November 6, 1969 in York, PA, Ronnie was the son of Ronnie A. Orwig, Sr. and Charlene (Shirey) Scott.

Ronnie owned and operated Ronnie Orwig Painting for most of his life. He enjoyed sprint car racing, fishing, bonfires, and trips to the casino with his wife. Ronnie was a hardworking family man who especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, Ronnie is survived by his sons, Dylan Orwig and his fiancée, Jessica, and Damien Rinehart and his wife, Kaitlyn; his daughter, Danielle Marquez and her husband Justin; brother, Brian Orwig and his wife Tracy; sister, Jessica Engle; and his five grandchildren, Madden, Wesley, Crue, Riley, and Jayson.

Services for Ronnie will be held at the convenience of his family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc.
