YORK - Virginia E. (Guyer) (Wiley) Gross, 86, of York, passed away at 10:50 AM, Thursday, September 28, 2017 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Wiley who passed in January of 1962 and the late Vincent R. Gross who passed in May of 1992. Mr. and Mrs. Gross were married for 26 years prior to his death. Virginia was born March 7, 1931 in West York and was the daughter of the late George L. F. and Mary E. B. (Bupp) Guyer. She was a member of the West York Congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Virginia is survived by her three sons, Michael E. Gross and his wife Angela, David E. Gross and his wife Jessica and Vincent R. Gross, Jr. and his wife Melissa; five grandchildren, Laurin R. Gross, Corbin D. Gross, Levi D. Gross , Gabrielle L. Gross, and Caleb S. Gross and one brother, George L. F. Guyer and his wife Bobbi. Her memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2601 Bannister Street, York. Burial will be private in Manchester Union Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
