MOUNT WOLF- William L. Morgan, 84 of Mount Wolf, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026, at Kingston Court Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Cindy C. (Stambaugh) Morgan whom he married 60 years ago on February 13, 1966.

William was born on May 19, 1942 in York, PA and was the son of the late Lloyd R. and Effie I. (Lentz) Morgan.

In 1960, William graduated from Red Lion High School and then attended Penn State York Campus. He was employed by WellSpan Health as a Senior Bio-Med Electronic Technician and formerly owned Quality TV Service, Inc. William was a member of the York Mustang Club, the Mustang Club of Central PA, the NRA, Metropolitan Club, York Antique Car Club, Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club, and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Mount Wolf. William proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

In addition to his wife Cindy, William is survived by his sons, Terry Morgan and his wife Julene of York Haven, and Jason Morgan and his wife Ashlynn of York; five grandchildren, Cody Morgan, Caleb Morgan, Colton Morgan, Cierra McGill, and Savannah Morgan; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Morgan.

His funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA. His viewing will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday at the funeral home. His burial will be in Paradise Holtzschwamm Union Cemetery. Officiating at his service will be Reverend Janyce Jorgensen.
