Annabelle D. Bohn
MOUNT WOLF – Annabelle D. Dougherty) Bohn, 99, of Mount Wolf, PA, passed away, Friday, March 28, 2025, at SpiriTrust Lutheran, The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York. She was the wife of the late George “Junior” L. Bohn who passed away on May 21, 2012.
Mrs. Bohn was born on August 2, 1925, in Detour, MD and was the daughter of the late Baxter and Lura (Flickinger) Dougherty.
She graduated from Walkersville Senior High School in Walkersville, MD. She retired in 1989 after 33 years of employment with York Container Corporation in York. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Susquehanna V.F.W. Post 2493 in Mount Wolf and Otterbein Church in Mount Wolf, PA.
Mrs. Bohn is survived by her daughter, Nancy Bohn of Mechanicsburg, PA; her son, Darrell Bohn and his wife Sang Suk of AK; two granddaughter, Katie Snow and her husband Peter, Monica Yi and her partner John Yeo and five great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Anders, and her brothers, Harry, Carroll, Kenneth and Charles.
Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA. Her viewing will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Thursday at the funeral home. Her burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery in York. Officiating at the service will be her Pastor, Mark Zortman.
