YORK – Blanca Aviles Torres, 66, of York, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia.

Blanca was born November 12, 1955, in Villalba, PR and was the daughter of the late Ramon and Margarita Echavarria (Borrero) Torres.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Borrero and her son, Israel Borrero; 4 grandchildren, Edison, Natalie, Jossue, Morales and Justin Borrero; 8 great grandchildren; her sisters, Brenda Torres and Carmen Torres and her brothers, Adam, Leonardo, Nelson, Jose, Juan, and Ramon. She was preceded in death by her sister, Maria Serrano and her brother, Jesus Torres.

Blanca’s funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM, Monday, February 21, 2022, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 9:30 to 10:30 Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery in York.
