Bradley W. Duncker, Sr.
YORK – Bradley W. Duncker, Sr., 83, of York, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Columbia. He was the husband of Gloria F. (Gingerich) Duncker who he married 56 years ago on March 6, 1965.
Mr. Duncker was born December 8, 1937 in York and was the son of the late Samuel and Carrie (Lilly) Duncker.
He graduated in 1957 from Manchester High School in Manchester. He was employed for 37 years with Metso Minerals in York before retiring. Previously he was employed by St. Regis Paper Products in Mount Wolf. He was a former member of the Hawks Club in York and the Shiloh American Legion Post 791 and a member of Mount Washington United Brethren in Christ in Conewago Township, York. Mr. Duncker proudly serviced his country in the United States Air Force in England and France from 1957 to 1961. Mr. Duncker loved his children, grandchildren and serving in the United States Air Force and enjoyed farming and his tractors.
In addition to his wife, Gloria, Mr. Duncker is survived by his sons, Bradley Duncker, Jr., and his wife, Julie of York and Thad Aaron Duncker and his wife Michelle of Dover; 4 grandchildren, Caleb, Adam, Travis and his wife Ashley and Bryan and his brothers, Ray Duncker, Sr. and Barry Duncker both of Manchester.
His funeral service will begin at 11:00 Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Quickel Cemetery. Officiating at the service will be his pastor Alan Harbold. York County Veterans Honor Guard will provide full military honors at the cemetery.
