Brian M. Nobile
YORK – Brian M. Nobile, 70 of York, PA passed away, Sunday, February 8, 2026, at his home in York. He was the husband of Annemarie (Brenner) Nobile whom he married 44 years ago on June 6, 1981.
Brian was born July 24, 1955, in Bridgeport, CT and was the son of the late Lawrence and Lena (Tonelli) Nobile.
He graduated in 1973 from Andrew Warde High School in Fairfield, CT. He was employed by the Commonwealth of PA in the IT department for 23 years before retiring in 2025 as an IT administrator. He was a member of Otterbein Church in Mount Wolf, PA, where he established the Memory Tree, and was a member of Men’s Alliance. He was also the Skipper of Sea Scout Ship 25 in York, PA.
In addition to his wife, Brian is survived by his sons, Kenneth Hoffman and his wife Lauren of Sherman, CT, and Adam Nobile and his wife Elise of Carlisle, PA; four grandchildren, Kady, Jesse, Nazih, and Josephine; one great granddaughter, Finney, and his brother, Lawrence Nobile and his wife Ellen of Bethel, VT.
His memorial service will begin at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Otterbein Church, 131 Center Street, Mount Wolf, PA. His visitation will be from 5:30 to 6:30 PM Tuesday at the church. His burial will be private. Officiating at his service will be Reverend Mark Zortman. Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf, PA.
