YORK – Carolyn E. (Pagden) Sergeant, 73, of York, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at York Hospital.

Carolyn was born February 26, 1947 in Milford, Delaware and was the daughter of the late John and Virginia (Hill) Pagden.

She attended Milford High School in Milford DE and worked for Johnson Controls for over 35 years before retiring in 2009.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Christina Trowbridge of York; her sons, Rodney Trowbridge and his wife Anita of York, Rickey Trowbridge of Marietta, Rob Trowbridge and his wife Amanda of Spring Grove and Robert Sergeant and his wife Tabetha of York; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sister, Beverly Bowden of Milford, DE and her brothers, John Pagden of Milford DE, William Pagden of Sanford, FL and James Pagden of Lincoln, DE.

Services and burial for Carolyn will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
