YORK HAVEN – Daniel Jerome Kostovick, 54, of York Haven, passed away, Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at his home in York Haven.
Daniel was born May 18, 1968, in Erie, PA and was the son of Delores (Kolivoski) Kostovick and the late Jerome Kostovick.
Burial will be in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery in Boston, KY. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf. Kentucky arrangements will be entrusted to William R. Rust Funeral Home, 612 North Lincoln Blvd., Hodgenville, Kentucky 42748.
