David J. Frey

SAGINAW – David J. Frey, 63, of Saginaw, East Manchester Township, passed away, Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Select Specialty UPMC Memorial Hospital in York.  He was the loving Life Companion to Megan Rishaw.

David was born October 7, 1958, in York and was the son of the late Harold and Thelma Frey.

He graduated from Northeastern High School in Manchester.  He was employed by Hard Chrome Specialist in Manchester where he was a Hydraulic Mechanical Specialist.  He attended both Starview United Methodist Church in Starview, East Manchester Township and Asbury United Methodist Church in York.  Dave, enjoyed taking drives, being with his pups, camping, snowmobiling, loved his music, old planes, and his beloved Bo Bo.

David is survived by his “wiffel”, Megan Rishaw of Saginaw, his beloved dog, Shiloh, and close friends.

A celebration of life service for David will be announced in the future.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
