MANCHESTER – Devin James Rumaya, 2 of Manchester, PA passed away, Friday, April 17, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital.

Devin was born on May 7, 2023, in York, PA and is the son of Doreen Alex Rumaya of Manchester, PA.

He was a student at Munchkin Meadow Pre School.  He was a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church in Manchester, PA.

Devin is survived by his mother, Doreen Alex Rumaya; his grandparents, Olympia Mensah, Kenneth Madden; great grandparents, John and Augustina Kullaya; aunts, Dyvora Mensah, Rita Kullaya, Ansilla Kullaya, Asteria Nganyange, and Digna Sandu; uncles, Dyllan Mensah, Prosper Kullaya, Emmanuel Kullaya, Francis Kullaya, and Robert Kullaya, his best friend Kullaya, and many extended family members.

His funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.  His visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the funeral home.  His burial will be private.  Officiating at his service will be Father, Olusola Adewole, OP.
