Edward "Ed" Cook Obituary

Edward "Ed" Cook passed away at the early age of 67, from health-related complications. He was at peace, surrounded by his longtime partner of 37 years, Carl, and with his beloved Chihuahua "Diamond" at his side. Ed is also survived by various family members in Pennsylvania & Maryland, preceded in death by his brother John, mother, Gladys and father, Austin. Ed was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania, making his way to the San Francisco Bay area, eventually calling Vallejo, California home for the past 26 years. He was involved in various businesses throughout the years, mainly in management and retail.

His visitation will be on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.   Following his visitation at the funeral home, a graveside service will be held in Manchester Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester, PA.  Officiating at his service will be Reverend Lisa Hair from St. Jacob's Lutheran Church in York New Salem, PA.
