Faye A. (Bechtel) Fetrow

MANCHESTER – Faye A. (Bechtel) Fetrow, 80 of Manchester, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026, at Concordia at SpiriTrust Gettysburg.  She was the wife of the late Barry L. Fetrow who passed away on November 29, 2017.

Faye was born on April 12, 1946, in York, PA and was the daughter of the late John and Hilda (Kauffman) Bechtel.

She graduated from Northeastern High School in 1964 and later from Beauty and Cosmetology School in York.  She was a beautician for over 50 years.  She was a member of Quickel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Conewago Township, York, PA.

Faye is survived by her daughter, Alice Mitchell of York, PA; two grandchildren, Nathaniel and Emily, her sister, Eva Mendenhall of York, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 15, 2026, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA. Her visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, Monday, at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens in Dover, PA.
