MOUNT WOLF – Gail Doreen Miller, 76, of Mount Wolf, passed away, Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Spiritrust Lutheran Home in York.  Gail was the wife of the late Robert E. Miller who died on February 7, 2006.

Gail was born October 8, 1946, in Sunbury, PA and was the daughter of the late Melvin and Sarah (Straub) Osman.

She graduated in 1964 from William Penn High School in York.  She was employed by ECI-Fin Corp, My Favorite Deli, and as a teacher’s aide for Northeastern School District.  She attended Mount Wolf Community Church in Mount Wolf and was a former member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mount Wolf.

Gail is survived by her daughter, Jessica Miller Sands and her husband Michael of Mount Wolf, and one grandson, Jacob Sands.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Melvin Osman and Harvey Osman.

Her funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Viewing will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery.  Officiating at her service will be Chaplain Arron Cope from Spiritrust Lutheran Home.
