Grace M. Krebs 

DOVER – Grace M. (Evangelista) Krebs, 94 of Dover, formerly of York, passed away, Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Encompass Health and Rehabilitation of York.  She was the wife of the late Richard E. Krebs who passed away on July 29, 2006.  

Mrs. Krebs was born April 12, 1931, in Philadelphia, PA and was the daughter of the late Morris and Daisy (Sbagarlia) Evangelista.

She was employed by the York Haven State Bank in York Haven, PA before retiring in 1976.  She was a former member of the Farm Women’s club and the Manchester Township Lioness Club.  She was a member of the Ambassador Bible Chapel in Manchester, PA. 

Mrs. Krebs is survived by her stepdaughters, Carol Hoenstine and her husband, Cliff of York, PA and Karen Delp and her partner, Dave Miller of Weiglestown, PA; three step-grandchildren, Jason Delp and his wife, Jena, Joshua Delp and his wife Anj, and Amanda Emig, and her husband Ryan; seven step-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her brother, David Evangelista. 

Her funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.  Her viewing will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, Wednesday at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery in Manchester, PA. Officiating at her service will be Reverend Lisa Hair.
