WINDSOR – Harvey M. Winakur, 75, of Windsor, passed away, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at his home in Windsor.

Harvey was born March 2, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland and was the son of the late Jack and Fay Winakur.

He graduated from Milford High School in Baltimore and went onto receive his Bachelor of Science degree. He was employed by Stauffer’s Biscuit Company and Home Depot both of York.

Harvey is survived by his daughters, Randi Hartley and her husband Eric of Mount Wolf and Robyn Dunn and her husband Kevin of North Carolina; five grandchildren, Winter Hartley, Emma Hartley, Noelle Varga, Nicholas Varga and Scarlett Dunn, and his sister Iris Berger of Florida.

Funeral services and burial for Harvey will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
