James Paul Kohr

YORK – James Paul Kohr, 64, of York, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.  He was the husband of Kimberly D. (Enfield) Kohr who he married 21 years ago on May 20, 1993.

James was born June 21, 1960, in York and was the son of Kathryn (Seiple) Kohr and the late Robert Paul Kohr.

He attended Red Lion High School in Red Lion, PA.  He was employed by Kinsley Construction for 13 years as a Heavy Equipment Hauler.  In James spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at their cabin in Sullivan County, PA.

In addition to his wife, James is survived by his son Jesse James Kohr and his wife, Alex of Wrightsville, PA; his grandchildren, Brinlee and Maverick, and his brothers, Timothy Kohr and Matthew Kohr both of Red Lion, PA.

Funeral services and burial for James will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
