MOUNT WOLF – Linda A. (Nace) Caparas, 77, of Mount Wolf, PA passed away, Saturday, June 28, 2025, at her home in Mount Wolf.  She was the wife of Carlos I. Caparas whom she married 34 years ago on June 15, 1991.

Linda was born July 29, 1947, in York and she was the daughter of the late Lola (Powell) Nace and Guy W. Nace, Sr.

She graduated in 1965 from West York Senior high School in West York, PA. and later from York College. She was employed as an Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer for Dauphin Deposit Bank in York for 24 years before retiring.  She was a member of Faith Fellowship of York County, and she proudly served her country in the United States Air Force.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by her special puppy, Sir Winston, her sister, Jane M. Bush of Lebanon, PA, her sister-in-law, Judy Nace of Weiglestown, PA. and her brother, John G. Nace and his wife Jeanette of East York.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Guy Nace, II. 

Linda’s funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.  Her viewing will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, Thursday at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.  Officiating at her service will be Pastor Doug Shenton. York County Veterans Honor Guard will provide Military Honors at the cemetery.
