MOUNT WOLF – Lois A. (Strayer) Aldinger, 82, of Mount Wolf, passed away, Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at her home in Mount Wolf.  She was the wife of Maurice Aldinger who she married 62 years ago on November 5, 1960.

Lois was born March 27, 1941, in Starview, East Manchester Township and was the daughter of the late William and Leona (Bortner) Strayer.

She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Starview, East Manchester Township.

In addition to her husband, Maurice, Lois is survived by her daughter, Lisa Moyer and her husband, Kerry of Erie, PA, her son, Troy Aldinger and his wife, Wendy of York; three granddaughters, Jessica, wife of Tyler Ritz, Tory, and Kerrisa and one great-granddaughter, Everly.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Albert Strayer and Robert Strayer.

Her funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Her visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Manchester Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester.  Officiating at the service will be Pastor Richard Hair.
