MANCHESTER – Lynn C. Ruths, 60, of Manchester, passed away, Monday, December 15, 2025, at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA.

Lynn was born August 29, 1965, in Wellsboro, Tioga County, PA and was the daughter of the late Richard Ruths and Carol (Seibert) Ruths.

She graduated in 1984 from Dallastown Senior High School in Dallastown, PA.  She previously attended Northeastern Senior High School in Manchester, PA.  She was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in Harrisburg for 30 years.

Lynn is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Kauffman and her husband Brant of Seven Valleys, PA, two grandchildren, her brothers, Rex Ruths of Dover and George Dvoryak of York, her two nieces, Stacey, and Kelly and her former sister-in-law, Lisa Dvoryak. 

A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled after the holidays.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf, PA.
