MOUNT WOLF – Mary M. (Shorts) Baughman, 96, of Mount Wolf, passed away, Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Seaton Springwood in York. She was the wife of the late Paul Baughman.

Mrs. Baughman was born May 2, 1926, in York Haven and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Hollerbush) Shorts.

She was employed as a seamstress for Bernhaven Sewing Factory in Mount Wolf. Mrs. Baughman was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Starview, Mount Wolf.

Mrs. Baughman is survived by her son, Dennis Baughman and his wife Jane of Mount Wolf; two grandchildren, Brandon and his wife Becky, and Brittney and her husband, Derek, and 4 great grandchildren, Taegan, Kaiya, Zoey, and Bexley.  In addition to her husband, Paul, she was preceded in death by her son, Daryl Baughman. 

Her memorial service will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00, AM Saturday December 10, 2022, at the funeral home.  Officiating at the service will be her pastor Reverend Brian A. McClinton.
