MOUNT WOLF – Melissa G. (Harmic) Myers, 57, of Mount Wolf, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.  She is the wife of Richard L. Myers who she married 30 years ago on June 24, 1990.

Melissa was born April 8, 1964 in Clearfield, PA and was the daughter of  Thomas and Florence (Royer) Harmic of Liberty, PA.

She graduated in 1982 from Philipsburg Osceola Senior High School in Philipsburg, PA.   She worked in various food service jobs and also was employed by the Wal-Mart in Etters, PA.  She volunteered with Bible Adventures with both  the Mount Wolf Community Church in Mount Wolf and Manchester Assembly of God Church in Manchester.  She was a member of the Mount Wolf Community Church.

In addition to her husband, Melissa is survived by her daughter, Stacey Parsons of Liberty, PA; her son, Richard L. M. Myers of New Cumberland, PA, and her sisters, Rene and Bobbi of Liberty, PA and Robyn of Covington, PA.

A celebration of life service will begin at 7:00 PM, Monday, May 17, 2021 at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf, PA.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.  Officiating at the service will be her pastor, Reverend John Worrall.
