Michael S. Brenneman

YORK - Michael Scott, Brenneman, 64, of York, passed away, Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at his home in Conewago Township.

Michael was born July 8, 1958, in York and was the son of the late Carl and Mardella (Fries) Brenneman.

He graduated in 1976 from Northeastern High School in Manchester, PA and later in 1980 from Shippensburg University with a degree in accounting.  After college he worked for Harry Ness and Company, a certified public accounting firm in York.  While working there he passed his boards and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). After that he worked for and retired from GA & FC Wagman Inc. He was a member of the York Fair Board.

Michael is survived by his two brothers, Kenneth Brenneman and his wife Lorna of York and David Brenneman and his wife Ellen Hope of Midway, Utah: two nephews, Drew and Kyle and two nieces, Sara and Kaitlyn.

Michael's Graveside Service will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Manchester Union Cemetery in Manchester, PA.  A Celebration of Life gathering will follow the graveside service at Manchester Park Recreation Building located at 98 South Liverpool Street, in Manchester, PA.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
