MOUNT WOLF – Mildred J. (Lange) Knapp, 78, of Mount Wolf, passed away, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at her home in Mount Wolf.  She was the wife of Anthony T. Knapp who she married 54 years ago on February 10, 1968.

Mrs. Knapp was born November 27, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland and was the daughter of the late William and Mildred (Holland) Lange.

She was employed by Rite Aid in Dundalk, Maryland for 21 years before retiring in 2006.  She was a member of St. George’s and St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Dundalk.

In addition to her husband, Mildred is survived by her daughters, Donna Teer of Manchester, PA. and Deborah Cavey and her husband Ronald of Charleston, South Carolina; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and her sister, Carolyn Leonard of Baltimore, Maryland

Her memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2023, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.  Officiating at the service will be Pastor, Kent Vandervort.
