Minnie E. Dugan
YORK – Minnie E. (Biller) (Senft) Dugan, 98, of York, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Pleasant Acres Nursing Home in York. She was the wife of the late Ervin Senft and the late William Dugan. She was the long time companion of Ernie Waltemyer.
Minnie entered this world on October 28, 1922 and was one of ten children born to the late John and Lillie (Craig) Biller. She was born in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia and move to York County with her family at an early age.
She worked as a seamstress for over 20 years with Bernhaven Sewing Factory in Mount Wolf. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Pleasureville American Legion Post #799 in York and the Ambassador Bible Chapel in Manchester.
Minnie is survived by her daughter, Sharon Beshore and her husband Alan of Mount Wolf; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Barry Senft.
Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf. Viewing will be from 10:00 to 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be Private. Officiating at her service will be Dr. Sterling E. Walsh, Jr., pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church of Greater York.
