MANCHESTER – Patricia “Patty” A. (Burnside) Buffington, 61, of Manchester, passed away 12:02 PM, Monday, September 27, 2021, at York Hospital.  She was the wife of Randy Buffington to whom she was married to for 41 years.

Patty was born March 31, 1960, in York and was the daughter of Yvonne (Aughenbaugh) Burnside.

She attended Northeastern High School in Manchester.  She was employed for 34 years by Perform Group and the former Tighe Industries in York. 

In addition to her husband, Randy, Patty is survived by her daughter, Heather Baublitz of Manchester; 3 grandchildren, Madison, Peyton and Kenny and her brother, Rick Burnside of York Haven.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Burnside.

Her funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Strinestown Cemetery.  Officiating at her service will be Earlyn Repman.
