Randall “Randy” Neal Bowman

LANDISVILLE – Randall “Randy” Neal Bowman, 54, of Landisville, Lancaster County, passed away, Friday, September 29, 2023, after a brief illness at his home.  He was the husband of Tina M. (Angelo) Bowman who he married 29 years ago on October 1st. 

Randy was born May 20, 1969, in York and is the son of Robert and Linda (Barshinger) Bowman of Manchester, PA.  

He graduated in 1987 from Northeastern High School in Manchester where he lettered in cross country, wrestling and played in the band.  His journey of serving others began when he became an Eagle Scout followed by the Marine Corps. He then graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, PA and Millersville University, Millersville, PA.  Randy proudly worked for Cintas in Lancaster, PA.

Randy wore many hats, devoted husband, proud father, loving son and brother, the truest friend you could ever have. He was a dedicated employee and the kind of neighbor that would drop everything to come help. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his wife. He took the ultimate joy in discovering treasures for others at yard sales, especially for his daughters. 

In addition to his wife, Randy is survived by his parents, Robert N. Bowman and Linda R. (Barshinger) Bowman; daughters, Alexa and Brooke Bowman and her fiancé, Austen Goodling of Landisville; his brother, Robert, sister-in-law, Natasha, and nephew, Arron, all of Santee, CA; brother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece and nephew: Dean, Nicolle, Abby and Brady Pawelczyk of Columbia, PA. 

A Celebration of Life service for Randy will begin at 12:30 PM, Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Union Fire Company, 201 York Street, Manchester, PA. Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the fire company.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.   York County Veterans Honor Guard will provide full military honors at his service.
