Sherry A. Humbert
MANCHESTER – Sherry A. (Jordan) Humbert, 83, of Manchester, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Homeland Center in Harrisburg, PA. She was the wife of Richard E. Humbert for 60 years.
Mrs. Humbert was born April 8, 1940, in Mount Wolf and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Martha (Krebs) Jordan.
She was employed by Drovers Bank in York Haven and PADE Auto Auction in Strinestown and a member of Otterbein Church-Mount Wolf. Sherry was a wonderful homemaker, cook and enjoyed knitting and sewing.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Humbert is survived by her two daughters, Kim Walker and her husband Donald of Harrisburg, PA and Kelly Renteria and her husband Roger of Marietta, PA and her 5 grandchildren Rachel, Samantha, Donny, Josie and Sally. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Velva Dosch, Effie Etter, Fae Hollister and Donna Schroeder and her brothers, Arthur Jordan, Jr., Earl Jordan, and Robert Jordan.
Funeral services and burial for Mrs. Humbert will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
