Shirley M. Seig

SOUTHAVEN, MS – Shirley M. (McPherson) Seig, 91, of Southaven, Mississippi, formerly of Lemoyne, passed away, Friday, March 3, 2023, at her home in Southaven, Mississippi.  She was married for 42 years to the late Ronald L. Seig who passed away on December 26, 1994. 

Mrs. Seig was born March 2, 1932, in Lemoyne, PA and was the daughter of the late Jacob and Estella (Capp) McPherson. 

She graduated from Lemoyne High School in Lemoyne, PA.   She worked as a supervisor at the former K-mart on the Carlisle Pike and at Graceland as a cashier.  She loved her family and always made holidays special and loved roller skating at the former Rainbow Roller Rink. 

Mrs. Seig is survived by her daughter, Debbie Ramsey and her husband, Steve; her grandchildren, Brian, Danielle, and Shane; her great grandchildren, Jameson, and Aviana, and her cousin, Shirley who was like a sister. Mrs. Seig was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen Seig; her son, Robert Seig, and her great granddaughter, Isabella,

Services and burial for Mrs. Seig will be private.  Burial will be in Mechanicsburg Cemetery in Mechanicsburg, PA.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
