MANCHESTER – Skylor W. Owens, 17, of Manchester, PA passed away, Thursday February 20, 2025, at his home in Manchester, PA.

Skylor was born on February 22, 2007, in Baltimore, Maryland and was the son of Charles Owens and Melissa (Joyave) Howell and the stepson of Dennis Howell.

He was a student at Northeastern Senior High School in Manchester, PA.

Skylor is survived by his brother, Connor, and his sisters, Megan, Jacklynn, Makayla and Cora and his grandfather, James Howell.  Skylor was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pam Howell.

Services for Skylor will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
