Zoelynne N. Rexroth

YORK - Zoelynne “Zoe” Nell (Fritz) Rexroth, 85, of York, formerly of Mount Wolf, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Rest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in York.  She was the wife of the late Richard E. Rexroth who passed away, January 23, 2018.

Mrs. Rexroth was born August 5, 1938, in York and was the daughter of the late Ruth (Bulk) Fritz and Roy Fritz.

She graduated in 1956 from Manchester Senior High School in Manchester, PA.  She was employed at Brunner Island and was the only female employee at the time.  She was a lifelong resident of Mount Wolf where she enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafting, antiquing, flea marketing, and spending time with her family.  She was a lifetime member of St. John Lutheran Church in Mount Wolf.

Mrs. Rexroth is survived by her son, Martin Rexroth and his wife Janice of York, and her two grandchildren, Martin Rexroth II and Marlyse Rexroth.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynnelle “Zoey” Rexroth and her sister Donette Hoover.

Her funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 87 South Main Street, Mount Wolf.  Her visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Wednesday at the funeral home.  Her burial will be in Manchester Union Cemetery in Manchester.  Officiating at her service will be Reverend Larry McConnell.
